PMEGP

- What it offers
- Margin money subsidy of 15–35% for new micro enterprises. Project cost limit ₹50 lakh for manufacturing and ₹20 lakh for services. Second loan for upgrading up to ₹1 crore (manufacturing).
- Who it is for
- New micro enterprises; existing PMEGP or MUDRA units for upgrades.

MSE Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP)
- What it offers
- Grants for common facility centres: 70% of project cost for ₹5–10 crore projects and 60% for ₹10–30 crore (80% and 70% in NE and hill states, island territories and aspirational districts).
- Who it is for
- Clusters of micro and small enterprises acting through a special purpose vehicle, with the state government.

MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification

- What it offers
- Subsidy on certification cost: 80% for micro, 60% for small and 50% for medium enterprises, plus 10% extra for women/SC/ST-owned MSMEs or those in NER, Himalayan, LWE, island or aspirational districts. ₹10,000 joining reward after taking the ZED pledge.

- Udyam-registered MSMEs (each unit applies separately).

PM Vishwakarma
- What it offers
- Collateral-free enterprise development loans up to ₹3 lakh in two tranches (₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh) at a 5% concessional rate, toolkit incentive up to ₹15,000 as e-vouchers, and skill training.
- Who it is for
- Traditional artisans and craftspeople in the notified trades.

Public Procurement Policy for MSEs

- What it offers
- Central ministries, departments and CPSEs must buy 25% of annual procurement from MSEs (4% from SC/ST-owned and 3% from women-owned MSEs). Free tender sets and EMD exemption for Udyam-registered MSEs.
